Water/Sewer Rates as of May 1, 2023

The Water/Sewer Rates for the Village of Mahomet are as follows:

Those residents that live within the Village of Mahomet service area:

Water Facilities Charge = $5.00 per month per customer

Plus
Water Usage Charge:

= $0.68 per 100 gallons of use for water use up to 50,000 gallons
= $0.58 per 100 gallons for water use over 50,000 gallons

For those few residents who reside outside the Village within the Village's service area:

Water Facilities Charge = $5.00 per month per customer

Plus
Water Usage Charge:
= $0.75 per 100 gallons of use for water up to 50,000 gallons
= $0.65 per 100 gallons of use for water use over 50,000 gallons

The customers with permanent outside watering meters:

Additional Facilities Charge = $8.00 per month per customer
