Scheduling New Water / Wastewater Service:
Applications are accepted Monday - Friday 8:00 - 4:30 PM at the Village Administration Office, located at 503 E. Main Street.
All applications must be submitted in person AND all applicants on the account must be present with a state / government issued - Photo ID. There is a $40.00 (forty dollar) application fee that is payable by CASH or CHECK ONLY. THE APPLICATION FEE IS NON-REFUNDABLE.
Discontinue Water / Wastewater Services:

WAYS TO PAY YOUR WATER / WASTEWATER BILL.
E-PAY - You can now pay your monthly Water / Wastewater bill online at the State Treasurer's Office Illinois E-pay website.
There is a nominal fee collected by the State Treasurer's Office for this service.

DIRECT DEBIT NOW AVAILABLE:

DROP OFF - CASH IS NOT PERMITTED IN EITHER DROP OFF LOCATIONS.
White drop box located in the drive to the east of the Administration Office, 503 E. Main Street.
Drop box located at the front entrance to the Administration Building, 503 E. Main Street.
Walk-in's are always welcome Monday - Friday, 8:00 - 4:30 PM. Cash, Check, Credit and Debit are accepted.
